Sterling Aviation Services launched in Calgary, Alberta in 2005 with a clear vision by Louise Dunlop, Owner and President. Louise saw an opportunity to develop a niche market and address the need for superior onboard services in the private and corporate business aviation sectors. Her focus was to provide professional, first-class service for private aircraft owners and corporate aviation companies alike. The opportunity was supported by the growing economy, demand and significant business aviation expansion in the Calgary, Alberta marketplace. With Louise at the helm, Sterling Aviation Services defines itself by offering extremely well trained corporate cabin attendants; the best of the best.

In 2008, Sterling Aviation Services identified additional markets in Vancouver, British Columbia and Toronto, Ontario and has placed In-flight Directors in each city to manage the regions and commence recruitment.

Louise is actively involved in all aspects of the company. While her main focus consists of strategic planning and execution of the company’s goals, she also remains active in training corporate cabin attendants and continues to fly corporately. Louise's management team each has a wealth of industry knowledge and combined, have over 50 years of experience in the aviation industry. The team consists of 40 corporate cabin attendants and 7 key management personnel. Each member of the team has a common vision, which involves providing a premium product in a niche marketplace.
