I would like to thank you for the fantastic service we received from your company recently.
From the initial call to Sterling Aviation Services I felt confident that all the necessary arrangements would be made promptly and efficiently. To give you two examples, soon after I first spoke to Henriette I received via email the profile of Ms. Kerr who was to be our flight attendant. Also, soon after I spoke with Henriette about payment options, Susan contacted our office manager to establish the payment method.
As for Ms. Kerr, I received a prompt introductory call from her in which she verified the times and dates of the trip and when given the flight times and passenger information, agreed to take care of the catering. The catering was perfect for the flights. Upon her boarding our aircraft it was obvious to us, the flight crew, that she is comfortable and confident with passengers and the aircraft. Ms. Kerr's appearance and conduct was very professional at all times.

I must preface my letter with the disclaimer that I have never been impressed enough with the employees of any company to prompt me to correspond with the chief executive officer of that firm. I am the Vice President of Exploration and Exploitation of an oil company that is about to embark on a program of drilling wells in the North Sea. Consequently, I was a passenger on a recent charter flight that left Calgary and traveled to Kevlavik, Iceland; Farnborough, England; and Monrovia, Liberia. The same plane picked us up from Liberia and flew us back to Luton. I was amazed by the good quality service that I received on all of the flight segments. My encounters with your employees do not dissipate from my memory with the customary evanescence of many of the experiences we have in life. I would, however, like to direct even more specific praise to a flight attendant that has particularly impressed me by her work effort and her attitude. Her name is: Ms. Louise Dunlop. She is a terrific ambassador for your company and constantly demonstrated superior effort. She was both extremely attentive and appeared to be tireless in her work – despite some less than sterling conduct by some in our travel party. She remained calm and provided her service with quiet equanimity. Ms. Dunlop constantly had to improvise to accommodate changes in our flight plans. When waiting in Senegal to return to Monrovia to pick our group up, she bartered soda pop and other accoutrements that she had on hand to provide catering for us. She always smiled no matter how trying the circumstances. I suspect that many people only contact your operation when they have something to gripe
about. I wanted to contact you to report my positive impressions from this recent trip.

I wanted to take a couple minutes out of my day to discuss one of the ladies that you have representing Sterling Aviation. I had the pleasure of flying with Dawn on a weekend flight into Tofino on May 6 - 8. Dawn not only showed extraordinary professionalism, but far exceeded all expectations in her
cabin attendant role on the Falcon. Dawn's friendly personality allowed her to create a strong bond with the passengers and the flight crew, which is an incredibly important trait when flying on the 900. I truly look forward to working with Dawn in the future and would recommend her for any flight
crew position she chooses to pursue in Sterling Aviation.
